It’s been a rumor lately that Vivo is about to replace its existing Funtouch OS with a new one called Origin OS. This new Vivo proprietary OS is based on Android or basically is a completed themed version of Android fit for Vivo devices.
From what we learned so far, the new Origin OS is said to be a complete makeover of Funtouch OS and now Vivo itself has confirmed that the said new operating system for Vivo devices is legit after several post from official Vivo WeChat account.
The new Origin OS is expected to launch in November 19 at Vivo’s own developer conference.
