LG teased their upcoming “Velvet” smartphone a few times but now the company finally confirmed that the next generation LG handset will become official on May 7.
Since LG can’t hold a physical venue for the announcement, the company will resort to online video streaming for the event and they will be available for all via Youtube and Facebook.
On the video, the three colored drops represents the 3 cameras on the back with and LED flash. The colors also represents the actual color variants available for the upcoming LG Velvet.
LG isn’t to keen to keep secrets and according to early reports, the new “Velvet” will have a 3D Arc design with curved glass both the front and back. It will be powered by a Snapdragon 765G and with that, it will have 5G connectivity built-in.
