The new 2020 Mitsubishi Mirage and Attrage (Mirage G4) launched in Thailand
Mitsubishi’s current Subcompact cars the Mirage and the Attrage (Mirage G4) gets a major facelift for 2020. Launched in Thailand, both cars gets the new signature Dynamic Shield design.

The familiar grill is what the Mitsubishi Xpander had that’s being injected to almost all current lineup from the company. Besides the new grill design, the Mirage and Attrage (Mirage G4) also sport an updated head and tail lights as they are now all equipped with LED’s.
These cars features a black theme interior allover with either cloth or leather material depending on the variant. It has a new 7-inch Infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto functionalities, High-contrast Combination Meter, USB port and cetral locking system.
For the GLS and GLS-LTD models, it also comes with Keyless operation system, Push-to-Start, Immobilizer system and on the GLS-LTD, it has an auto-dimming rear mirror on it.

While the design and features were updated, both the Mirage and the Attrage (Mirage G4) gets to retain its predecessor’s 1.2L engine that produces 78HP with 100nm of torque and a 5-speed transmission. This means that it has the same fuel efficiency that makes them popular among consumers.
To make the difference, the 2020 Mitsubishi Mirage is a 5-door hatchback Subcompact car with 60:40 foldable back seats. The 2020 Mitsubishi Attrage on the other hand is a sedan with a full trunk at the back.
For safety, both the GLS and GLS-LTD models comes equipped with the following:
- RMS-FORWARD (RADAR SENSING MISACCELERATION MITIGATION SYSTEM-FORWARD) – Uses laser radar sensors to prevent sudden starts and mitigate collision-caused damages by detecting obstructions within approximately 4 meters in front of the vehicle and avoid impact.
- FCM-LS (Forward Collision Mitigation System-low Speed Range) – Detects the distance between the car and the vehicle infront, and automatically applies the e-brakes if the driver does not respond to any risk of a collision.
