Square Enix announced Final Fantasy VIII Remastered at E3 2019

It was two decades ago that Final Fantasy VIII launched in the market. I’ve been fascinated about the franchise since then, though I admit that I haven’t fully played around any of the Final Fantasy games since the 8-bit era but the 8th iteration of the franchise catched my attention with great graphics, story and the music.
That’s reminiscing I agree but a few moments back, I was wondering if Square Enix could revitalize Final Fantasy 8 since it has done so with Final Fantasy VII having OAV and a full Remake of the game and boy I was surprise that Square Enix finally did it.
At E3 2019, Square Enix formally announced that it will be releasing a Final Fantasy VIII Remastered edition and showed a video clip taken from the original game.
We’ll get to see Squall Leonhart and Rinoa once again and together with their friends from the Elite Military school battling against the evil sorceress Edea.
We haven’t seen any glimpse of the graphics and gameplay mechanism improvements for the 21st Century gamers but looking back at how the Final Fantasy VII Remake came to be, it looks really promise for fans like me.
Square Enix is yet to reveal when the game becomes available but announced that the title will be available on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Steam.
