Earlier, Sony confirmed its axing the Xperia Z series of device to give with the new new X series from the Japanese phone maker and as planned, the new X series will comprise the majority of Sony’s device for all market segments in the mobile market. In relation to that, Sony is now on its way to ceased another lineup with the Xperia C and Xperia M series of devices.
With most of the current series being pulled out from the main lineup, Sony’s restructuring scheme for its mobile division will now have to focus on the new Xperia X series that will serve the three category segments. Though not yet officially announced by Sony, but the presentations says it all with announcements to be expected soon.
