Samsung to unveil its flagship Exynos 1080 SoC on November 12

Samsung is about to launch its next generation chipset the Exynos 1080 on November 12 as confirmed on the company’s Weibo page.

The new Samsung Exynos 1080 is the company’s chipset based on 5nm process and will incorporate a Mali-G78 GPU and a 8-Core CPU equipped with Cortex-A78 topping at 3GHz.

From AnTuTu’s listing, the Exynos 1080 has a benchmark score of 693,600 from which the chipset is installed on a device codename ORION with 8GB of RAM, 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage, 120Hz display and running Android 11.
