Samsung relaunches its App store as the new Galaxy Apps store
Samsung has launched its own Galaxy Apps store exclusively for Samsung devices. The new Apps store offers a wide range of exclusive apps, promotions and discounts available to Samsung Galaxy device users.
The new app store used to be Samsung Apps in the past, Samsung relaunched its app store service serving users with Galaxy devices for greater customization and as Samsung’s own profit generating app downloads service.
The UI has been optimized for greater flexibility and faster customer service following the statement from Samsung’s president in Mobile Solutions Center WonPyo Hong, the company is dedicated to “create value for customers by providing differentiate solutions and services coupled with innovative device”, Thus, making the new Samsung Galaxy Apps store as an extension to the premium services that the company has dedicated to provide to its users.
Though the service looks promising, taking into account what had happened in the past, it is yet to be concluded whether the service takes off as a success knowing that Google has already provided the similar service and that users are more willing to shell out some cash to the popular Android app service provider that other providers spawned after Google’s.
