Just recently a handful of images depicts the upcoming Galaxy Note 7, contrary to what has been leaked earlier, the alleged front panel of the Galaxy Note 7 with an assuming extra holes for the Iris scanner is nowhere to be found, but leaks have suggested that indeed the Galaxy Note 7 will have an iris scanner on a device with a familiar face similar to the flagship Galaxy S7. It does however stays constant on the curved display claims and the notable S Pen at the bottom can be seen in the render as shown below.

The said rendered image is just one of several images leaked by our popular leakster @evleakswhich showed the color available for the upcoming phablet. From the looks of it, it seems like Samsung (fairly based on the render) still bet its position on a glassy backplates in which some find it annoying as it is a fingerprint magnet while others find it a premium approach from Samsung and that should be featured on a flagship device nonetheless.

Also along with the renders, the said handset or this variant of the Galaxy Note 7 bares a model name SM-N930FD, the “D” signifies that the unit is a dual-SIM variant of the phablet and that has just recently been confirmed as it just received a certification in Russia.

Furthermore, The Galaxy Note 7 besides the seemingly known features of the upcoming phablet has other interesting to note as well. According to, the S Pen in particular will be more enhanced and will be given more features and abilities than ever before especially and more importantly with its proximity sensor which allow users to use the S Pen stylus more. Air Command is also given several new features including snap Dictionary and Speaking features that might provides an instant translation features or perhaps a text-to-speech translation which we are yet to see.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is expected to be announced on August 2 with features that are slowly becoming confirmed as we get closer to the event. The excitement is burning wild as we prepare ourselves for the Samsung UNPacked 2016 2 event that would not only unveils the Galaxy Note 7 but also the accessories and other gadgets that comes along with it and the surprisingly new and improved user interface that is rumored to get introduced when the Galaxy Note 7 becomes official.

Though we’re not yet sure if the phabet would ship the yet to be released Android Nougat or should it shipped with Android 6.0.x (Marshmallow) with a Nougat upgrade ready after it becomes available in the market?
