The latest Redmi K30 series in the market was launched late last year with mid-range hardware while having top of its class features. But last month, an alleged Redmi K30 Pro was seen on Geekbench running on Snapdragon 865.
Recently, a company executive confirmed early leaks and that the upcoming high-end variant will indeed ship with Snapdragon 865.
Redmi hasn’t released any other details about the specs of the K30 Pro but it is said to have a notchless display and will include 5G connectivity. There’s also rumors that it will have a tad larger 4,700 mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging.
Redmi will be announcing the new K30 Pro next month.
