Oppo N1 Mini official, 5-inch display and a 13 Megapixel rotating camera
After the successful release of Oppo’s N1, the company have quickly made a follow-up with a rather smaller footprint yet following the same design in a more compact chassis or should we say a more like a phone sized device. The fully featured N1 had a 5.9-inch display while the mini comes in 5-inch, though not that mini that the name would want to imply but it has come in a smaller package still.
I also comes with the same 13 Megapixel rotating camera modules as it does with its bigger sibling. It’s a Sony 6 Element lens with 1/3 2″ sensor size coupled with LED flash. It features a Super Zoom mode as introduced in Oppo’s Find 7 but it ‘s at 24 Megapixel in the mini compared to the 50 Megapixel on Find 7.
The display on the Oppo N1 mini features a 5.0-inch touchscreen and sport HD resolution at 720p. Inside, we may find either a MediaTek MT6592 or an Exynos 5422 SoC, both processors boasts Octa-core processing, but is yet to be unveiled which of those two CPU are on the N1 mini. Other features that we will the new product page has unveiled are: LTE connectivity which seamlessly connects to China’s TD-LTE networks. It will also run on the latest Color OS 1.4 based on Android KitKat.
Oppo has set a special event in China to formally introduce the device to the press on June 10 along with other features that we’ll be having with the new Oppo N1 mini.
