OnePlus unveiled the new Nord N10 5G and Nord N100

From a flagship-spec’d only company to just about everything, OnePlus is now taking all smartphone markets full swing with two new devices in its Nord series.
OnePlus Nord N10 5G
The original OnePlus Nord was the company’s first foray into affordable devices and was received well. With such success, OnePlus is all ready to follow-up its success with the Nord N10 5G.
built around a 6.49-inch display, the Nord N10 5G is going LCD making the switch a first since 2015 with the OnePlus 2. This display isn’t all bad as it hold on its own with a 1080p resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio with a 90Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
For imaging, the Nord N10 5G comes equipped with a 64 Megapixel primary camera with OIS and an 8 Megapixel sensor with a 119˚ Ultra Wide angle lens. There’s also a 5 Megapixel depth sensor and a 2 Megapixel macro shooter. The main camera can record up to 4K videos and a 1080p slow-mo.
For Selfies, a small punch-hole sits on the upper left of the display that houses a 16 Megapixel camera.
The OnePlus Nord N10 5G is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 690 and a Adreno 619L GPU and comes with 6GB of RAM and a expandable 128GB of storage. For its 5G connectivity there’s a X51 modem on board and supports Sub-6 5G network.
Keeping the lights on is a 4,300mAh embedded battery that supports a fast 30W Warp charge.
OnePlus Nord N100
For customers really tight on the budget, the new OnePlus N100 should make anyone jump into the OnePlus bandwagon. The device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 chipset with a Adreno 610 GPU however, the Nord N100 doesn’t include 5G connectivity but instead relies on 4G. The device comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage.
The display on the new Nord N100 is also an IPS type in 6.52-inch with a 720p resolution screen. For protection against scratches, this one is also guarded by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
For imaging, the OnePlus Nord N100 comes with a triple camera module with a 13 Megapixel primary camera and is support a two 2 Megapixel sensors which are a macro snapper and a depth sensor. For selfies, there’s an 8 Megapixel sensor sitting on a puch-hole up front.
Technically what the Nord N100 specs so far are basically entry-level but to make up for that, OnePlus equipped the Nord N100 with a large 5,000mAh battery but one have to know that it only supports 18W fast charging.
Both the OnePlus Nord N10 55 and the OnePlus Nord N100 comes with stereo speakers and there fingerprint sensor is located on the back.
Out of the box, the two new Nord devices runs OxygenOS 10.5 – A proprietary enhanced operating system based on Android 10.
