Nokia “Superman” is reportedly to have a 5 Megapixel front camera for selfies?

Nokia may have already been absorbed by Microsoft lately but that does not stop the former king of phones from releasing new devices under Microsoft’s umbrella before they take out Nokia’s branding on mobile devices. TheVerge sources close to Microsoft revealed that Nokia has been working on a Windows Phone 8.1 device codename “Superman” that may be release towards the end of the year.
The alleged device is said to feature a new 5 Megapixel front facing camera, an improvement over the current 1 Megapixel standard on existing Lumia devices. Though it’s apparently unclear whether Microsoft will market such device as an ultimate selfie device but given the shift on existing features that may as well be the case. The Nokia “Superman” device is said to feature a 4.7-inch display and will be marketed as a mid-range device. The device is said to hit retail store during the course of the year along with other two devices codename “Goldfinger” and another mysterious device that Nokia is also rumored to be working on. As these devices features Windows Phone 8.1 OS out of the box, Microsoft is also expected to release the said OS to existing devices following the release of those devices mentioned.
