The famous Nokia 6 has just been launched today and in just a minute, the units that went on flash sale was sold out already. This isn’t surprising, given that the number of registrants went as much as one million for the said flash sale, however we don’t know for sure if how many units were available during the launch, so our basis would only be upon the acceptance of customers with the brand.

From this standpoint, one thing is for sure, Nokia is really back in the game, despite its first device in only between an entry-level to a mid-range device. What we’re definitely most excited about is what’s coming next for Nokia, HMD Global is yet to unveiled something more next month at MWC 2017 and it’s really something that we are looking forward about.

The Nokia 6 was just announced a couple of weeks ago at CES 2017 with its launching right on schedule with an unprecedented customer demand. The handset is a 5.5-inch device with a full-HD display and comes with a Snapdragon 430 at its core along with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage space. It has a 16MP main camera and an 8MP shooter on the front. It runs the latest Android 7.0 (Nougat) operating system and is powered by 3,000mAh battery.

It new Nokia 6 is currently available in China and retails for about 1,699 CNY or roughly around US$245. There were rumors that Nokia is prepping for a worldwide variant of the handset and were yet to conclude if the information is true, but we’re hoping that it would be the case knowing that the Nokia brand still rings a bell for customers around the globe.
