Soon, fans of the worldwide hit video game Mega Man will experience a whole new refresh from the original artist of the series Keiji Inafune after he announced a Kickstarter campaign to bring the character back to life in a new game called Mighty No.9. Under Kickstarter, Inafune has accumulated around $4 million at that time and since then put the game in development under his own company Comcept and game publisher Deep Silver.

Mighty No.9 was originally destined for an April 9 release after developers found a series of bugs in the game and on its online features, the game’s release was put on hold and was rescheduled for This month but unfortunately passed on this one too. Thankfully, Comcept and Deep Silver is said to have fixed those issues out and just recently announced that the game would finally release next year on February 9 in America and on February 12 in other territories. I hope that it’s all good to go in this third attempt as fans grows impatiently about these delays.

When Mighty No.9 hits America on February 9, it will be available on the  XBox One, PlayStation 4, Wii U. Comcept also plans to release the game on PlayStation Vita and Nintendo 3DS but that would be available on a later date. For now, Comcept and Deep Silver released their first special demo version of the game for backers of course and let’s see how far they’ve already been since it was first announced around a couple of years ago.
