LG to unveil the V20 on September 6 in a special San Francisco event

The next iteration of the high-end LG V10 will finally end its cycle as its successor will soon become available in the market. But before it turns in the torch for the next version. LG will be holding a 4 day event in San Francisco starting on September 6th and the following day in Seoul.

The LG V20 comes with a taglines “Play More” and “The Second Story Begins” and will be the star of the event. Though LG haven’t revealed anything up to this point but speculations points to a continuing pursuit of giving the handset more functionalities and features which might suggest that we’re going to see notable features from the current LG G5 flagship. The second tagline puts the upcoming V20 handset next in line to the V10 that pioneered some of the features not seen in any smartphone devices in the market, with the V20 coming out, we’re also expecting something similar to happen or perhaps evolved from what the V10 has already on its sleeves.

As secretive as it seems, LG’s only known feature as of the moment is that it will be shipping with Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box, something that’s also a pioneering move as one of the first third-party device manufacturer to include the latest mobile operating system from Google.
