LG rolls out Android 6.0 Marshmallow for the LG G4 in some parts of Europe

After rolling out the first major update to the G4 in its home market in South Korea, the Korean technology firm has started rolling out the most awaited Android 6.0 Marshmallow update in some parts of Europe. The said update had been under thorough testing earlier in Poland and in an unexpected event, users in Europe particularly in Germany are now reporting to have received the update for their LG G4 as well.

While everyone’s eagerly awaiting for the update, the said roll out is currently more specific to devices having the model number H815. As the same model number are distributed across Europe, some countries with having the same model number in their respective markets are also in the process of getting the same update pretty soon. There’s also a list of markets though we still have to confirm about this which will receive the first wave of updates in Europe that are listed below:

The update weighs about 1.55 GB in size and is delivered through LG’s new PC sync software the LG AirDrive which was previously known as the LG Bridge. It brings all the features from Android 6.0 Marshmallow and some updates to LG’s own apps with an updated Knock Code feature settings and some of app renames as example of which is the QMemo+ which is now called Capture+.
