LG is rumored to release the G Pad 8.3 successor by October

The LG G Pad really has something some special attention to the G Pad 8.3 which camera out almost 2 years ago, While there’s the more recent G Pad 7, G Pad 8 and the large G Pad 10.1 out in the market, the realm of the 8.3 variant has been left untouched. But new leaked info posted by our known leakster Leaksfly on its Weibo page implies something to look forward into.

According to the leak, the mysterious device which by now is named as the LG G Pad 2 sport an 8.3-inch display which points to a G Pad 8.3 successor but unlike the original G Pad 8.3, the undisclosed device comes with a modest but dedicated to full-HD experience with a 1920 x 1080p resolution. The device is backed by a Snapdragon 805 chipset with 4-core processor and Adreno 420 GPU, there’s also 3 GB RAM on-board plus 32 GB of expandable storage.

The G Pad 2 devices houses a beautiful pair of cameras with an 8 Megapixel sensor on the back and a lot beefier 5 Megapixel camera on the front which is a bigger step forward from the 2013 G Pad 8.3. It will run on the latest Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box.

Leaksfly also suggests that the device will come out this October but with regards to the available or the price of the device, we’re looking forward to futures leaks for that as we moved closer to the expected launch of the tablet.
