LG G3 new leaks suggests a non-fingerprint magnet finish, removable battery

LG will unveil G3 on the 27th of May which is around 3 weeks from now with nothing much information of the G2’s successor from the company. Thanks to our leakers which pours out information regarding the upcoming device bits by bits as the day of the unveiling gets closer.
From what we have been told before, the LG G3 will feature a 2K resolution display with slim bezel. Now our well know leaker @evleaks recently posted two images of the alleged LG G3 with one showing the supposed brushed metal finish back cover and another one showing the back cover removed revealing the removable battery.
@evleaks quoted these images as “LG G3 fingerprint-magnet no more,” which made our source to believe that the device will indeed feature a metal back cover contradicting earlier leaks.
It’s still unclear if the upcoming G3 will feature a microSD slot, removable cover or the metal cover from the latest leak. The current LG G2 features a 3000 mAh non-removable battery with a plastic shell but another version of the same device sold only in South Korea featured a removable 2,600 mAh battery with microSD card support which the regular G2 lack as well. If LG will follow G2’s route, we may have a clear path on which feature each variants would have in the market by looking back the LG G2 timeline.
LG will be readying its presentation for the May 27 launch event which goes simultaneously in six cities, but its available in local kiosk has not been revealed yet. It is expected to go head-to-head with the upcoming Galaxy S5 Prime from Samsung around in June.
