LG G2 mini unveiled, making its way to WMC 2014
Lower spec'd flagship sibling, designed for the budget conscious

LG teased the G2 mini ahead of the Mobile World Congress (WMC) 2014. The G2 mini is a smaller version of the successful G2 with a display set to 4.7-inch having a qHD resolution. Like its big brother, the G2 mini features the same placement of its physical keys namely the power button and volume rocker at the back of the device just below its 8 Megapixel camera.
The G2 mini as the name suggest comes with a miniaturized specs compared to the original G2 which came out last year, despite its obvious downgraded hardware specs, the G2 mini features the same user experience as its bigger brother.
The G2 mini boasts a 4.7-inch qHD display and is powered by a Quad Core Snapdragon 400 processor coupled with 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of internal storage, microSD card support for storage expansion, 8 Megapixel main camera and 1.3 Megapixel on the front.
The new LG G2 mini is set to show off at WMC which starts this coming February 24, 2014, LG is expected to formally introduce the G2 mini at the event with information on its availability and pricing.
