LG is doing quite well in the market lately as they introduce new product line-ups year after year. The mid-range market is mostly saturated by low-level players but that doesn’t mean that our key market brand won’t tap into this segment. Actually the mid-end segment is where most of these companies are doing well most of the time and by that, they should bring in more features to the table to make its way into other companies that offers almost the same features in a significant price range.
As one of the key players in the mid-end segment, LG now introduces a new line of devices called the Band Play and is currently unveiled in its home Country in South Korea and should be available later this week in the Country. The LG Band Play as the name suggests offers a new set of special audio features including a 1-Watt stereo loudspeakers and a premium LG QuadBeat 3 headset to justify its branding. Other media features includes a 13 Megapixel main camera on the back which is capable of taking and a selfie specific camera on the front which gives a quality 5 Megapixel images and high-resolution videos.
Now that we have the highlighted features on hand, we then take a look at the other hardware features that the new LG Band Play has to offer. The handset comes with a 5.0-inch HD display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 and is powered by a 64-bit Quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor with 2 GB of RAM. It also comes with a 16 GB of expandable storage space and keeping it up is the 2300 mAh removable battery.
The new LG handset as it was unveiled will be available in South Korea this later this week for 394,800 KRW or around 17,000 Php and will be available in two color variants : Black and White. Though the company haven’t announced any possible availability outside of South Korea but if it does come in our local shore, it would be tempting to get the white variant as it look more sexy and more appealing, don’t you think?
