Xiaomi is really up for giving the Mi Mix 2 a breath of fresh air. Rumors has it that the Chinese tech company is set to unveil a refreshed version of the handset as the Mi Mix 2s. Though we are still baffled as to what Xiaomi is really keeping with the said upcoming device but recent reports suggests that the handset in question is giving it all for a radical display setup.
Giving us a glimpse of what’s this all about, a new leaked video allegedly shows the upcoming Mi Mix 2s in action:
From here, we could easily notice the close to being a bezel less display and a seemingly similar screen gestures borrowed from the Apple iPhone X. However, the video didn’t show anything about the top of the handset though some suggests that this could just be the Mi Mix 2 turned upside down. Well, that could be it or it may not since there is not sign of the camera module at the bottom but we were already fed by numerous leaks prior and this (if all the rumors are true) might just be the Mi Mix 2s holds:
It’s still a 6-inch handset but one would could it easily on their hands because it is said to have a narrowed screen-to-body ratio. It will also sport the next generation Qualcomm top-end chipset the Snapdragon 845, 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. At the back, the Mi Mix 2s is said to have a dual camera system which is depicted from the image above that looks like that of the newly announced Redmi Note 5 Pro design but for the Mi Mix 2s, the camera module is center-aligned and not next to the corner.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s is anticipated to be unveiled at the MWC in Barcelona next week and hopefully it takes what we have always wanted on the Mi Mix handset.
