As rumors piled up, it becomes more evident that HTC will venture again into the tablet arena as they are allegedly preparing to launch Google’s Nexus 9 tablet device. Google is anticipated to launch a number of devices on the first part of the last quarter of the year, October specifically, together with the anticipation of the rumored Nexus 6, the search giant in partner with HTC is also expected to unveil the Nexus 9 tablet.
The Wall Street Journal also added to rumors regarding HTC’s engineers who regularly visits Google headquarters in Mountain View CA which is a concrete indication that the two firms are working together to bring out a consumer device. Added to that, NVIDIA also stated that they’ll be powering the new tablet with its new generation Tegra K1 processor.
Looking back to the previous years, if Google follows the same patterns, we’ll be expecting a new device/s for an anticipated October launch. The Nexus 9 is said to be one of the first Android L devices when launched.
