Previous generation Honda Civic were plague with criticism in terms of design and aesthetics that Honda needed to follow up a major refresh before it reached a full model cycle. Now we are on the 10th-generation Honda Civic and it’s one of the best looking cars of today.
It does look gorgeous that Honda makes you forget that it had the 9th-gen existed. But with every model iterations, the 10-generation model whether we like it or not needs a minor refresh or better known as MMC.
With Honda Civic’s 2019 minor refresh, you’ll get a redesigned front fascia, a new set of wheels and is now available in three trims with the S variant and the new base trim. The RS version gets a 18-inch Belrina Black alloy wheels while the 1.8E gets a 16-inch Shark Gray Metallic alloys.
Both the RS and the 1.8E variants gets a new 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support. The RS also gets a special sports pedal for that additional sporty feels. Getting into the new S trim, you’ll get a pair for halogen headlamps with DRL’s and a 16-inch two-tone alloy wheels.
Honda Civic comes with the same engine setup as before with a 1.5L Turbo with 139hp and 174Nm and 1.8L i-VTEC engine with 139hp, 174Nm.
The 2019 Honda Civic will be available in these color options: Cosmic Blue Metallic, Lunar Silver Metallic and a new Platinum White Pearl for the 1.8E and the 1.8S, a special Modern Steel Metallic will be available for the RS Turbo and the 1.8E and an RS-exclusive Rally Red color variant.
