Following Smart’s latest free internet announcement, Globe is also bringing its Free Facebook service (#FreeFBisBACK) back starting next week. The service went live in October of last year and ended last April 30. Most users has opted to use the free service since users need not to sign-up for any promo to use the service. Instead, users will only have to log-in to their Facebook account from their mobile phones by going to “m.facebook.com” to gain access to the service.
Since its cut-off last April 30, users were fairly disappointed with the loss service which have left most prepaid Globe subscribers to find alternative services from the network carrier for a fee to access their favorite social networking site Facebook. The revival of the service will surely give Globe subscribers a convenient way to connect to their Facebook account and gain updates while spending nothing at all.
#FreeFBisBACK starting next week. 🙂
