Diesel and Kerosene Prices Up Again; Slight Relief for Gasoline?

It’s the weekend once again, but unfortunately, oil prices continue to rise. According to experts, the upward trend is expected to persist—especially for diesel and kerosene.

As for gasoline, there’s a mixed outlook. Prices may either increase slightly or decrease a bit. However, regardless of the direction, any adjustment is expected to be minimal. Based on current reports, the expected change ranges between 10 to 30 centavos.

Here’s the estimated oil price adjustment for next week:

• Diesel: Php 0.40 – 0.60 per liter increase
• Kerosene: Php 0.30 – 0.40 per liter increase
• Gasoline: Php 0.10 – 0.30 per liter decrease

The final price adjustments are expected to be announced on Monday, with implementation set for Tuesday.
