Concept art shows a Nokia with Waterfall display

HMD Global for the most part is still young in the mobile market but the brand it hold unto, Nokia is way much older than most popular modern mobile phone brands out there.

While the company focuses main on budget entry-level and mid-range devices, HMD Global already outed a few flagships of their own, one of which is the Nokia 9 Pureview and the Nokia 8 Sirocco previously. for devices seems not well appreciated by consumers because of some limitations they possess.

But HMD Global is said to be preparing for a ground-breaking device that hopefully will bring in consumers gunning for flagship devices and of course flagship specs.

Rumors has it lately that a Nokia branded device with a waterfall display is in the works. It will feature minimum bezels and will include features we find on most recent flagship devices.

From the render above, which I believed at the moment as a fan-made concept shows the Waterfall display with close to a bezel less sides. The chin is literally thin while top is where the most noticeable bezel is. It looks more like the recently announced Pixel 4 from Google which also houses all the front sensors of the device.

Like most of the latest flagship devices, the said Nokia handset will do away the 3.5mm audio jack and will have to rely on USB-C for wired headsets.

At the back, you’ll get the round imaging module with five cameras and one of which is something like a periscope lens. We can’t tell if that’s possible with upcoming Nokia devices as what we’ve already know, HMD Global is also about to unveil their next iteration of the Nokia 9 Pureview sometime next year.

What do you think of this rumor? Does it sound legit? Let us know…
