Upcoming Cherry Mobile Flare S3 Power packs 4000 mAh battery and Octa-Core processor for under Php5K

Many of Cherry Mobile Flare S3 users are having a problem with the device’s poor battery life, though the feature-set of the Flare S3 seems to equal with that of other known brands of the same market, its biggest downfall however is with the battery it includes. Now to alleviate the problem and just in time for the Cherry mobile festival, the top local phone brand will introduce an update of last year’s Flare S3 handset with an updated battery pack with the new Flare S3 Power. The new handset packs a whopping 4000 mAh of pure power that will ease out the handset’s known flaws.

The Flare S3 Power will take off from the specs introduced with the recently announced Flare S3 Octa. Though from the flyer that circular over the internet didn’t come with any display information that the new device has, we suspect that it might also be the same or as close as the display from Flare S3 Octa as well. It will feature a 1.4 GHz Octa-core processor, a Gig of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage. It also comes with a 13 Megapixel main camera as well as a 5 Megapixel shooter on the front to cater all our selfie needs. It will also take 2 SIM’s with both on standby with support for HSPA+ connectivity. Other features includes USB OTG support and it also supports Miracast,  just in case you want to have your Flare S3 Power display projected into a Miracast compliant display.

Cherry Mobile will sell the new Flare S3 Power for just 4,999 Php. Also coming for the Cherry Mobile festival, The Flare S3 Octa will also go on sale together with the new Flare S3 Mini a smaller version of the handset and the Flare S3 XL with a larger display that will also be sold at a price of 4,999.00 Php.
