The Samsung Galaxy S7 has been a subject of numerous rumors lately with speculation about its definite launch dates that point to January and February next year which is right after MWC 2016. But further investigations seems to suggest that the upcoming handset maybe pushed back to a mid-March timeframe and was recently mentioned by WSJReport at one time.
China Mobile, China’s biggest mobile carrier now has confirmed that it will launch the handset by March of 2016 along with other devices such as the Samsung Galaxy A5, Galaxy A7 and the Huawei P9 at the company’s year presentation of its release roadmap for the next few months.
Together with the announcement, China Mobile also revealed the price of the Galaxy S7 with an estimate of more than RMB 3,000 and that’s about $465. The handset which will be Samsung’s next flagship is said to feature a magnesium chassis and will be powered by either a Snapdragon 820 or its in-house chipset the new Exynos 8890.
Samsung is already anticipated to showcase the Galaxy S7 at MWC 2016 and launched the handset by March.
