The center of the eye of Typhoon “Rolly” is set to make landfall over Catanduanes tomorrow early morning November 1st. As of now, the whole of Catanduanes and parts of Camarines Sur is now placed under Signal No. 4 as the year’s strongest typhoon is about to hit hard the northern part of the Philippines.
At 7:00 PM (Philippine Time), the eye of Typhoon “ROLLY” was located based on all available data at 280 km East Northeast of Virac, Catanduanes with coordinates : 14.3 °N, 126.7 °E.
Typhoon “ROLLY” is moving West Southwestward at 20 kph and has maintained its max sustained winds at 215 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 265 kph.
