Big Oil Price Rollback Coming Next Week: Diesel, Gasoline, and Kerosene Set for Major Cuts
Good News for Motorists!
Starting Tuesday next week, oil companies in the country will implement significant price reductions for the three major fuel products: gasoline, diesel, and kerosene.
After this week’s last trading day, market analysts expect a notable drop in oil prices, primarily due to the ongoing trade war. The U.S. has imposed large tariffs on foreign goods, raising concerns that the global economy might slow down, reducing oil demand.
Another factor contributing to the price cuts is Saudi Arabia’s decision to lower its fuel rates in Asia, which is expected to influence regional pricing.
Here are the estimated price adjustments for next week:
- Diesel: A reduction of Php 2.90 to Php 3.10 per liter.
- Kerosene: A decrease of Php 3.30 to Php 3.50 per liter.
- Gasoline: The largest decrease, ranging from Php 3.60 to Php 3.90 per liter.
These price estimates will be finalized on Monday and implemented at gas stations during the early hours of Tuesday.
Motorists are encouraged to fill up after the price adjustments are made to fully take advantage of these savings!
