Google has just released Android 5.0 Lollipop factory image for the LG Nexus 4.  Nexus devices despite their difference in manufacturer gets their update directly from Google, so it’s basically the first to be updated when new patch, bug fixes and major update comes along the way. The Google Nexus 5 together with the Nexus 7 (2012), Nexus 7 (2013) and Nexus 10 had their updates rolling since a couple of days ago but has taken Google for another 2 days to deliver the update for the older generation of Nexus handset but nonetheless a welcome addition.

Devices with the new Android 5.0 Lollipop gets the new updated user interface, better power management features, new Material design, a new ART Runtime and a significant boost of performance. The update should give a new life for the aging device now that it got the best Android OS to date
