12.2-inch GALAXY Note device visits the FCC

We’ve heard about it before and then the tech giant diverted the attention when they debut the GALAXY Note 10.1 2014 edition and the mobile tablet community starts preparing for its arrival, but Looming behind our back is Samsung’s next flagship tablet device. Samsung managed to sneak into the FCC of what appears to be the company’s next big thing. The device we were talking about is the much rumored GALAXY tablet device with 12.2-inch display.

From the FCC filing report, the device said to measure around 14.1-inch diagonally and as our experts analyse the available data,  the alleged GALAXY device with a hardware code SM-P905 will more likely features at least a 12-inch display. Apart from the information of its display the report also suggests the presence of a S Pen slot which sets it as another GALAXY Note tablet device.

According to SamMobile which has sources from within Samsung, the company is currently testing its software on the device an is unlikely to come out anytime soon, that would probably be early next year just in time after the tablet community embraces the GALAXY Note 10.1 2014 Edition which debut lately.

Though we still have a scarcity regarding the probable hardware specification of the device but when released, the alleged GALAXY Note 12.2 will come in two variants, one with WiFi only the SM-P900 and a WiFi plus LTE equipped SM-P905. According to Samsung’s Web Profile, the SM-P905 will have a screen resolution of 2,560 x 1,600. With all the current information on hand it’s hard to tell any specifics as to when the tech giant would announced the tablet device, but when more information rounds up, we’ll keep you posted.
