Samsung GALAXY J heading to Taiwan on December 9 as the teaser video suggest
Samsung Taiwan just posted a teaser video of what we thought would be the Samsung GALAXY J or an early look of what the GALAXY S5 would be. After watching the video, it seems that the mystery device points to the former rather as it is confirmed by examining the video which shows the model number at the side of the device that reads SC-02F which implies the same GALAXY J unit available in Japan. The GALAXY J was originally released in Japan and was rumored recently that the “J” series of GALAXY devices will be coming to other regions as well after it got certified in Taiwan, the possibility of an eminent release to other regions is as high as ever.
Samsung describes the mystery device as “Just Fit” which signifies its slimmer profile, “Just Simple” with simple minimalist construction, “Just Elegant” for being a premium line which could be seen on the video as a device having a brushed metal finish,”Just Fast” for having a fast mobile data connection with the inclusion of an LTE radio, and “Just For You” for being designed to be used by humans and expresses an individual character.
From the video shown, Samsung explicitly suggests the date Dec 9 which could be the closest possibility of a device launch from happening, Though the device will be heading to Taiwan, Samsung has not confirmed any information of an international release as early rumors suggests.
The Samsung GALAXY J originally released in Japan features a Full HD 5-inch sAMOLED display, a 2.26 GHz QuadCore Snapdragon 800 CPU, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage, 13.2 MegaPixel main camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), microSD slot for storage memory expansion and a 2600 mAh removable battery. Since the device is waiting to be launch on the date as suggested in the video, the Taiwan version is expected to have the same specs as its Japanese counterpart but let’s hope for the brighter side of things as the device is gaining a lot of momentum recently as the launch date is coming to a close.
