LG G Watch goes on sale worldwide through local stores and online via Google Play
Android Wear powered G Watch from LG is now available worldwide on Google Play and on selected retail stores across 12 different countries currently, that includes the US, UK, Canada, France, Ireland, Italy, Germany, Spain, Japan, India, Australia, India and in South Korea where both online and offline purchases are available. Additional 15 countries which the device is only available on physical retail store with prices to be announced locally in a few moment, but as basis for the price, the new LG G Watch is priced at $229.00 in the US, so other regions will have the price equivalent to the US retail.
The LG G Watch was announced last March by LG and was demoed along with other smartwatches during the Google I/O 2014 event which took off recently. The device is powered by Google’s latest Android Wear Platform designed for wearable devices.
You may now check the local retail stores nearest you for the availability of the G Watch. We’ll also update this post once we have new information about the current retail price and the exact availability of the device here in Philippines.
