Xiaomi is officially bringing the affordable Redmi 9T in the country and is scheduled to launch the device on January 27 as revealed by Xiaomi Philippines facebook page.
The Redmi 9T is a 4G LTE equipped handset with a 6.53-inch full-HD+ display covered by a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 with a waterdrop notch that houses an 8 Megapixel Selfie camera plus a TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light certification.
The camera island on the back houses a total of four cameras with a 48 Megapixel main sensor together with an 8 Megapixel Ultra Wide and two 2 Megapixel of macro and a depth sensor.
The new device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 chipset and includes 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. It runs on a hefty 6000mAh battery and supports a fast 18W Fast Charging tech.
Feature-wise, the new Redmi 9T comes with stereo speakers, an IR blaster, a USB-C port and a dedicated 3.5mm headphone jack.
Xiaomi is yet to announce the price of the device on January 27 but if we are to believe the rumors we have lately for the said device, we are looking at just below 7K but as we’ve said, they are all but true at the moment, so stay tuned to find out more..
