Xiaomi opens first Mi Exclusive Service Center in San Juan City, Philippines

As one of the emerging international mobile brand in the country, Xiaomi launched its first Mi Exclusive Service Center in the Philippines with the aim to provide the best possible service for their customers. The event was headed by the Steve Vickers, the company’s General Manager for Southeast Asia, Attendees were given a quick tour of the facility which is located at the 2nd floor of One Kennedy Place, Club Filipino Drive, Greenhills, San Juan City.

The newly opened facility aims to provide the best quality service for customers with the shortest possible turnaround time for as little as two-hours. It’s highly trained personnel can evaluate units under warranty and if those units are found no longer serviceable, the service center can even replace these irreparable units. It service center also double as a showroom as well as a store for Xiaomi units and accessories where users and customers can get familiar with Xiaomi devices and grab Xiaomi’s certified and approved accessories.

Vickers also added tha aside from the newly opened Mi Exclusive Service Center, there are also at least Seven (7) authorized service centers with over Fifty (50) drop-off points around the country. This will ensure Xiaomi users to have a peace of mind thinking that when their units might need some servicing, someone is their to help them with.
