If you’re an avid Windows user, you may have noticed that Windows 11 removed a number of features found in its older versions. From a minimalist taskbar to the absence of a clock display in the notification area, some of these changes were hard to miss.

Since its release, Windows 11 has seen many improvements, gradually bringing back features that were either overlooked or removed. One such returning feature is the clock in the calendar flyout.

Early signs of this update were spotted by enthusiasts back in April. Now, users on the Dev and Beta channels can finally enable the new clock — a larger version that includes seconds, displayed just above the basic calendar view, whether it’s expanded or collapsed in the notification center.

For those who prefer not to see the clock, it can be toggled on or off via the Settings.
