GoPro’s has been around for years and it’s a go to whenever one needs a top performing action camera. One important factor that contributes to GoPro’s popularity is its image quality and as it’s been a practice for the company to go and upgrade its hardware with every version of it, what’s coming for the Hero 10 will practically elevate the image quality even more.

As pointed out by winfuture.de, GoPro is set to introduce the GoPro Hero 10 Black that will have the new GP2 processor in it, the new chip will provide a decent amount of upgrades in terms of image quality and we bet it will improve its performance too.

With the new GP2, videos on the upcoming Hero 10 Black could go as 5.3K in resolution at 60fps while lower resolutions will be available in higher frame rates. Besides the new processor, the upcoming action camera will include HyperSmooth 4.0 that offers gimbal-like stabilization and Automatic upload function.

While there’s something new that’s coming for the internals, according to our sources, the Hero 10 Black will have almost all the same exterior profile from its predecessor. What this means is that it could fit to your existing Hero 9 accessories but most importantly all the features you love with GoPro actions cams are well intact and ready as you need them.
