It was swift but terrible, that’s how we concluded Super Typhoon “ROLLY” as it left Luzon devastated on Sunday.

The Storm is now downgraded into a tropical storm and is expected to leave the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) by tomorrow morning. However rough to very rough seas over the seaboards of Northern Luzon and Central Luzon, and also in the western seaboards of Batangas, Occidental Mindoro including Burias Island, and Calamian Islands, and eastern seaboards of Quezon including Polillo Islands and Bicol Region are still prevails.

There’s also a moderate to rough seas over the western seaboards of Palawan including the Kalayaan Islands and the Eastern seaboards of Visayas and Mindanao.

From these areas we’ve mentioned, sea travels are at high risk especially for small sea vessels.

At 4:00 AM today (Philippine Standard Time), the center of Tropical Storm “ROLLY” was estimated based on all available data at 100 km West Southwest of Subic Bay and is moving West North West at 20kph with a maximum sustained winds of 65 kph and gustiness of up to 80kph.
