The upcoming Huawei P50 series is expected to make its debut on July 29

Rumors surrounding the upcoming Huawei P50 series has the web busy as it finally gets a lunch date as teased on Weibo, though the information shared on the Chinese social networking site is considered a rumor as well but its cryptic message seems to imply a potential date for the anticipated launch event.

The rumor post hints a binary code “1011011001” which when converted to a decimal number would return 729 and that could suggest July 29. The upcoming P50 series like its current iteration will feature three primary devices namely: the regular P50, a P50 Pro and the top of the line P50 Pro+.

As there are numerous rumors concerning the Huawei P50 series, another rumor suggests that the initial batch of devices from Huawei will be those that features 4G-ready connectivity, the said rumor mainly suspects the current pandemic situation is the culprit but Huawei as we are sure of it, should be able to deliver their 5G devices on its new P50 series.

Like we see on the image above, the new P50 series will have one of the largest imaging sensor on a phone with 1/1.18-inch sensor for the Ultrawide angle camera while its main sensor for the P50 Pro and the P50 Pro+ is expected to utilize a 1-inch Sony IMX800 making these two anticipated phones a massive imaging powerhouse when it finally arrive in the market.

We could also see a return of existing design aesthetics on the series with the regular P50 to feature a curved OLED display while the fancier P50 Pro and the P50 Pro+ will feature the waterfall display.
