Samsung’s next flagship will be the Galaxy S20

In a few weeks time, Samsung is expected to unveil the 2020 smartphone flagship, so we are all so excited once again for the Samsung UNPacked event which is set to open on February 11.

While it is common for the Samsung flagship S series to make a one up incremental naming version of the series but for the 2020 and the eleventh iteration of the series, Samsung is said to move its naming convention in sync with this year’s numerical sequence.

What was thought to be the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S11, popular leakster Ice Universe seems so certain for Samsung’s new version naming for its flagship and that’s being the Samsung Galaxy S20.

With a huge leap in naming for the next flagship device, Samsung is also expected to introduce something big for the 2020’s flagship.

One of the things that we could expect this year is that Samsung would finally have its flagship smartphone camera hardware to the new Galaxy S20 with its improved homegrown second-generation 108 Megapixel main imaging sensor under an alleged quad-lens module at the back.

It will also use a much bigger battery for the flagship which is said to go around 5,000mAh at least for the Galaxy S20+. As always the case, the Samaung Galaxy S20 and its Galaxy S20+ variant will be using either the new Samsung Exynos 990 SoC or a Snapdragon 865 chip depending on the region they are in.

It is also said that the 2020 Galaxy S20+ and the Galaxy S20 will have a much improved display which would feature a 120Hz refresh rate.

There are so much to clarify about the upcoming Samsung flagship are we are very much excited for the things to come this 2020.
