Today, Samsung unveiled the new Galaxy S21 lineup with three new devices. The first one is the Galaxy S21 followed by the Galaxy S21+, both of these variants were the bread and butter variants of the S series while a third variant takes the crown as the king of all trades the Galaxy S21 Ultra.

There are a few difference from these variants with both the Galaxy S21 and the Galaxy S21+ having the same feature-set but the different screen sizes has put them apart. While they both feature a flatter display, something that brought us back to the Galaxy S series roots, the Galaxy S21 comes with a 6.2-inch display while the Galaxy S21+ comes at 6.7-inch and as usual, they are all in AMOLED however, the screen resolution has gone down to a Full-HD+.

The Galaxy S21 Ultra on the other hand features a quad-HD+ curved Edge display, One this that makes the three desirable is that fact that it now features an adaptive display refresh rate which will depend on the content on screen from 120Hz max and down up to 10Hz. This ensures the best experience and better battery consumption is a given situation.

With the Galaxy S21, Samsung is aiming to make our everyday life more epic with better user experience and capturing every details of life in vivid colors. The new Samsung flagship devices are all equipped with the best camera hardware in the industry paired with its built-in AI capabilities to capture every detail through the lens.

The Galaxy S21 and the Galaxy S21+ comes with a triple camera sensor on the back while the Galaxy S21 Ultra puts everything up with a total of four cameras with emphasis on zoomed photography.

With promising features and epic specs, Samsung also made a surprising move to its pricing. With the Galaxy S21 series, the company is bringing its prices down a little less than the outgoing Galaxy S20 series with the Galaxy S21 being priced at US$799, the Galaxy S21+ at US$999 and the Galaxy S21 Ultra at US$1,199.

While this wasn’t mentioned anywhere from the recently concluded Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2021 but the Galaxy S21 series is following the footsteps of Apple by not including a charging brick on the box. This is the trend nowadays that has become ridiculously pointless unless we change our devices regularly each year with new devices in the market.
