Samsung sets Galaxy UNPACKED event on August 11
Will announced four new devices
It’s an annual tradition for Samsung to announce new devices on the second half of the year with their Galaxy UNPACKED 2 events. But this year will be different and is most likely will be the new tradition forward and that is because, Samsung seem to sidetracked the Galaxy Note series with something more interesting.

As seen from the banner above, the next Galaxy UNPACKED will announce four major new devices and these are the Galaxy Z Fold3, Galaxy Z Flip3, the Galaxy Buds2 and the Galaxy Watch4. All these devices are scheduled to be announced on August 11 at 10am EST. The event will be live-streamed over at Samsung’s website and likely to be simulcast on company’s official YouTube channel.

Now from these new devices, the Galaxy Z Fold3 will be the main attraction of the event since the device is primarily seen as the new form factor for a Galaxy Note device and that’s eventually the case as the Galaxy Z Fold3 was just recently confirmed to have support for the S Pen.
Like its predecessors, the Galaxy Z Fold3 will have one cover display and a larger inner foldable screen. It is said to feature the Snapdragon 888 SoC along with 12GB of RAM running Android 11 out of the box. It will also feature a total of 5 cameras.

For the Galaxy Z Flip3, information about the upcoming device is scars but according to rumors, the Z Flip3 will also be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset together with 8GB of RAM and 3,300mAh battery.

The Galaxy Buds2 on the other hand will have a design similar to the Galaxy Buds Pro along with a variety of new color options. For its features, the new earbuds is said to include active noise cancellation.

And finally the Galaxy Watch4. According to reports, Samsung will shift away from Tizen in favor for Watch OS from Google. However, Samsung will be adding an extra layer of its proprietary UI for the Watch4.
