Samsung Philippines officially launched the Galaxy A5 and Galaxy A7 in the country

Soon after Samsung officially announced the 2017 A series handsets at CES 2017, Samsung Philippines now launches the handset in the country. The Galaxy A series handset is Samsung’s mid-spec devices with taking a cue from the premium build of the company’s flagship. Continuing the tradition of offering a premium quality handsets for the mid-range market, The Galaxy A series for 2017 stills a familiar looks enjoyed by none other than Samsung’s own Galaxy S7 device.

Built with metal frame and glass both the front and back, The pioneering 2017 devices ships as the Galaxy A5 and Galaxy A7 and now is one of the first non-flagship device to sport an IP68 waterproofing and dust resistance certification. Like all other successors of every device, the 2017 models all sport a better hardware than its previous generation as well as a more refined camera hardware.

The two handsets will be available next week on phone retail stores, Samsung stores and Kiosks around the country. For its price, the Galaxy A5 2017 retails for 19,990 Php while the Galaxy A7 2017 goes for 23,990 Php.
