For years, Samsung follows a tradition on releasing flagship devices twice a year with the Galaxy S series on the first quarter of the year and the Galaxy Note series by the second half. According to rumors from South Korea, this trend will continue as the company prepares to unveil the Galaxy Note 20 a couple of months from now.

Samsung is said to launch the Galaxy Note 20 series on August 5th through the second Galaxy UNPACKED 2020 event which by the way will take place entirely online. The date is tentative though and Samsung could officially announce the official launch event in the next few weeks or so.

The Galaxy Note 20 series is said to be available in two flavors, one with a 6.9-inch curved display presumably the Galaxy Note 20+ (or Ultra) and the vanilla Galaxy Note 20 with a 6.7-inch display with a flat panel. It will surely have the S Pen and a top of the line specs.

Rumors also suggests that it’s not the only device we’ll see during the event as there are speculations that the company could also introduce the Galaxy Fold 2 – a foldable smartphone device successor to the original Galaxy Fold device.
