RedMagic 10 Air Launches with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, 6.8″ AMOLED, and Advanced Cooling
If you’re into mobile gaming, chances are you’re carrying around a bulky device—but that’s about to change with the new RedMagic 10 Air from nubia. The latest gaming phone from the company features a slimmer body at just 7.85mm thick, resulting in a lightweight, thinner gaming smartphone that doesn’t compromise on performance.

Despite its slim profile, the nubia RedMagic 10 Air packs a punch. It boasts a large 6.8-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, all wrapped in thin bezels. The display also supports 1,300 nits of peak brightness, includes an in-display fingerprint sensor, and houses a 16MP under-display camera, which continues to set RedMagic phones apart from the competition.
One surprising aspect is nubia’s choice to equip the RedMagic 10 Air with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3—a step back from Qualcomm’s current generation of SoCs. Still, it’s a proven, high-performance chip and is paired with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage.

As a dedicated gaming phone, the RedMagic 10 Air doesn’t skimp on gamer-focused features. It includes touch-sensitive, remappable shoulder keys and a built-in cooling system using a vapor chamber, thermal gel, and graphene layers to keep the device cool under heavy loads.
Other features include dual 50MP rear cameras with LED flash, stereo speakers, dual SIM support, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, NFC, an IR blaster, and USB-C for wired data and charging.
The device runs on RedMagic OS 10 based on Android 15, and is powered by a 6,000mAh battery supporting 80W wired charging—all while weighing just 205 grams.
The RedMagic 10 Air is now available for purchase in China, in Twilight (black), Hailstone (white), and Flare (orange) color options. Pricing starts at CNY 3,499 for the 12GB/256GB variant, and CNY 4,199 for the 16GB/512GB model.
