Teasers are finally over as Poco has finally launched the new Poco X3 NFC. As the name implies, this new mid-ranger from Poco comes included with an NFC which isn’t something we see on a regular basis from the brand.
It’s built around a large 6.67-inch LCD display with a full-HD+ resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio. It also includes a 120Hz display refresh rate and a 240Hz touch sample rate which makes it suitable for gaming.
You’ll have to note though that the display doesn’t handle its fingerprint sensor but instead, the biometric sensor is embedded on the side of the device which also happens to be the power button.
Making way for the Selfie camera is a little punch-hole on the display which houses a 20 Megapixel front-facing camera with an f/2.2 Aperture lens and pixel binning technology for better low-light shots.

On the back, you’ll see a uniquely designed main camera module with quad imaging sensor having a primary 64 Megapixel Sony IMX682 sensor with a bright f/1.89 Aperture. It also have a 13 Megapixel Ultra Wide camera, a 2 Megapixel macro and a 2 Megapixel depth sensor.
With the new Poco X3 NFC, it also marks the launch of the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G chipset and is regarded as one of the most powerful Snapdragon 700 series 4G processor to date. Unfortunately though, this doesn’t come with 5G connectivity built-in and Poco didn’t even bother to include a separate modem for that matter and while is seems a compromise but we’ll have to understand that 5G isn’t even widely available yet and mostly our carrier networks are still on 4G.
The new device comes with a LPDDR4X 6GB RAM across all variants but the storage comes with UFS 2.1 storage in either 64GB or a 128GB. Both of these variants supports microSD cards of up to 256GB in capacity on a hybrid dual SIM slot.

Feature-wise, the Poco X3 NFC includes stereo speakers with the earpiece as the top speaker and another speaker on the bottom producing stereo sounds. It also comes with LiquidCool Technology 1.0 Plus that utilizes a copper heatpipe and a graphite sheet for internal cooling and heat dissipation and it even comes with IP53 rating for water splash and dust resistance.
With the obvious inclusion of NFC as one of the connectivity features, the Poco X3 NFC also includes all standard connectivity options including: Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and high speed 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.1, USB-C, GPS, an IR Blaster and a dedicated 3.5mm audio jack.
Another cool feature of the Poco X3 NFC is its large battery capacity rated at 5,160mAh and support a 33W wired fast charging.

The new Poco X3 NFC is available in two color variants: Shadow Gray, Cobalt Blue and will be available start tomorrow in some parts of the world.
Here in the Philippines, the Poco X3 NFC starts at Php 10,990 for the 64GB variant and Php 12,990 for the 128GB version. there’s also an early bird promo for the 64GB variant exclusively on Shopee from August 9 through August 10 for only Php 9,990 and includes a complimentary POCO mousepad and a BlackShark Fun Cooler, the 128GB on the other hand comes with an early bird promo price of Php 11,990 with a POCO digital pouch and a BlackShark Fun Cooler Pro as freebies.
