Poco is one of Xiaomi’s most affordable line of phones and also one of the coolest you’ll get in terms of features over price. If you are looking for that affordable devices that’s not only cheaper than most there is but also reliable as well then the newly announced Poco C3 is the one to get.
The new Poco C3 is not a successor of any of the existing smartphone line that Poco had released in the market but instead, it’s a new device on its own. The C3 model name is derived from the camera module on the back of the device where the “C” stands for the Camera and the numerical figure “3” signifies the triple cameras on the the module.
The most significant of the new Poco C3 is its price, in which in India where the new device debuted is introduced as cheap as INR 7,499.
The device is built around a 6.53-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with a 20:9 Aspect ratio and is equipped with a waterdrop notch that houses the front-facing 5 Megapixel camera.
The main cameras on the back where the device derived its name is primarily equipped with a 13 Megapixel together with a 2 Megapixel macro sensor and a 2 Megapixel depth sensor.
The Poco C3 is powered by a MediaTek Helio G35 chipset and is available in two main configurations: 3GB/32GB and a 4GB/64GB of RAM/Storage combos with support of microSD card for storage expansion.
MIUI 12 for Poco (Android 10) drives the Poco C3 and keeping its lights on is a hefty 5,000mAh embedded battery which also supports 10W fast wired charging.
The new Poco C3 has a two-tone pattern on the back with colors available being: Arctic blue, Lime green and Matte black colors options.
