Philippine Oil Prices Set for Major Hike Next Week as US-Iran Conflict Pushes Global Crude Prices Higher

Motorists across the Philippines could be facing another painful increase at the pump next week as global oil prices continue to climb amid renewed tensions between the United States and Iran in the Middle East.

The latest developments have placed additional pressure on the global oil market, with international trading pushing crude prices higher. As the Philippines remains heavily dependent on imported petroleum products, movements in the global market are quickly reflected in local fuel prices.
