OnePlus is about to make the next flagship to go official on March 23 and riding along with it is the company’s next wearable device confirmed by the OnePlus CEO Pete Lau as the OnePlus Watch.

The upcoming wearable device is said to have a “stunning and burdenless design” with a circular profile. Like most smartwatches in the market, the OnePlus Watch will have a seamless connectivity to other OnePlus devices including its smartphones, smart TV’s, audio devices and other wearables. We could also expect them to be compatible on other smartphones in the market.

One of the promises that OnePlus Watch would bring to users is the “Best in Class” experience at a affordable price. However, the CEO did mentioned that the wearable wont be using the familiar Google Wear OS and instead would rely on RTOS for better user experience while offering great battery life.

The OnePlus Watch is set to include an IP68 rating and also coming with an SpO2 sensor, biometric sensor, sleep tracking, workout detection and remote control feature. There’s also a couple of variants as an LTE equipped and standard with 4GB of internal storage.

It wll be available in two color options as well in Black and Silver and will have support for Warp Charge Technology which should give a week of battery life from a 20-minute charge.
